mesh error

While running a transient analysis with mioving mesh I am getting the following kind of error. Will it affect the solution. How to avoid the kind of error.

WARNING #113 *** CELL 10238 BEING REMOVED HAS NON-ZERO SIDE AREAS - CHECK IN PROSTAR FOR POSSIBLE MESH MOVEMENT ERROR
