Hi,

When writing the geometry file I get this message:

Error # 106: Faces of couple are not close enough to be valid.

Does anyone know how I could fix this?

Thanks

Increase the tolerance value and do couple again.

Maybe you have generated couples where you shouldn't have. You could try deleting the couples and then check for cracks. If there are no cracks after deleting the faulty couples, you should be alright.

I delete the couples from the couples tool, right? But how do I check for cracks?

Run the couples check with the option to put the faulty couples in one set. Then delete this couples set. You can do this with the couples tool. You can check for cracks with the check tool. Be aware that the crack check will take a while (how many cells does your model have?). Additionally you can check for cracks by inspecting the model in quick hidden line mode. Cracks will appear like floating walls inside your domain.

Hope that helps.
