collapsed face founded through geometry write.
 

I encountered this problem after doing geometry write. 'check,cset( fluid),,face' is ok. I guessed there are some flattened cell and checked 'centroid' and 'negv', it was still 'ok'. No right-hand cells found. So what is the cause of the problem? Can anyone help me? Many thanks in advance.
