Hi guys, I was wondering, what is the difference between a grid and a mesh?

Ben is correct - grid and mesh are synonyms.

However, sometimes grid refers specifically to a structured hex grid (also known as a mapped mesh).

Mesh sometimes specifically refers to unstructured or hybrid meshes.
