Error occuring in pro-am first tutorial

Hi,
While doing SubSurface step in tutorial-1 of Star-CD, error occurs & the windows of Star-cd close. please help me out, how to fix this problem. I am following same steps given in tutorial. Advanced Thanks & Regards aero |

are you on 64-bits computer? proam/prostar is not ported on 64-bit windows. you need to use linux or unix or contact support office.
