Can anyone explain the meaning of these error messages and the way to solve these errors. And if anyone knows please recommend the textbook or any other material to read (except Star-CD Methodology or User Guide) that explains about these kind of errors and the ways to resolve them.

I wouldn't worry too much about the scalar warnings, but the fact that you are hitting 20 piso correctors is worrying, what is your courant number (mean and max)?

Ben, I run spray and combustion, solution method Transient, I have set under-relaxation for pressure correction - 0.8 as it is recommended in Star-CD user guide. Residual tolerance for pressure and temperature - 0.001. I have set under relaxation factor for all additional scalars as 0.85, max.sweeps 100, (I also tried max.sweeps 200 as recommended in user guide, the same story), residual tolerance for all scalars 0.001.

I calculate 91 time steps. My mesh contains about 127000 cells and cell size is from 0.75 to 1.5 mm.

At time step 3 in info file it says Maximum courant number = 5.088E+00 at cell 70969 Mean courant number = 3.233E-02. Then i have extensive scalar warning messages (WARNING #009), and then it says WARNING #013 MAXIMUM SPECIFIED CORRECTOR STAGES 20 REACHED BEFORE CONVERGENCE CRITERION IS SATISFIED. SCALAR EQUATION 1 NOT CONVERGED.

Please advise how to get rid of this problem.

this worked in V315. Maybe the switch has changed. Ask the support.

The switch is the same in v3.26.
