Sliding vane pump problem

Dear all. I try to calculate cavitation in sliding vane pump. I generated mesh following the procedure in the attached file http://www.geocities.com/uazimov2001/Vane_pump.ppt

I experience the problem when I try to create "attach" boundary conditions between rotating fluid and stationary inlet and outlet fluid (you can see it on the slide 1). I write sliding event and I try to match the boundaries, but when I write geometry file it gives me warning "no cells found in the boundary region..." In other words, I want my fluid enters the stationary inlet, rotates in the sliding vane pump and leaves the pump through stationary outlet. Please advise how to make this rotation work.

Really appreciate your help.

Regards
