Volume mesh problem in STARDESIGN

Hello!

I faced a critical problem when I used STARDESING. After making geometry and surface meshes, I got the following error message making volume meshes:

1)Error: Tried to execute: /opt/starcd/v3.26/PROSTAR/3.26.003/linux_2.4-x86-glibc_2.3.2/bin/ammbatch

2) System error message: Operation not permitted Error: Subsurface generation failed: please look at the procadmesh.log file in the directory: tmp_stardesign

I have no idea of this. Woruld you give me a direction to solve this error?

Have a nice day!

Do as the message says and read the log file(s) - it will usually give you additional information like a self-intersection error.

Try loading the surface file into proam (open the .dbs file) and do a surface check.

Then go back to your CAD in STAR-Design and make some changes locally where the problem was located - change the geom, locally refine the mesh size etc.

In my case, surface meshes are well generated. The problem is the volume meshes. Are there any "ammbatch" problem and STARDESIGN version problem?
