Default problem to define a baffle

hi everybody I have a problem to define a baffle in a volume. how can I define it ? if anyone khnows this please help me.

Star-CD: all cell surfaces of interior volumes but couple faces can be assigned as baffles without any problems.

Star-CCM+: only interior faces can be assigned as baffles. Make an interface of the face first then select the interface and change it to baffle.
