I am a fresh guy with Star-CD, actually, I am very new with CFD. When I try to define the boundary condition of a wall, the button for changing the thermal condition of the wall is grey, which means it is not changeable. Is there a switch to turn it on? I can not find it. thankyou very much.

You may have not turned on the heat transfer option. Go to STAR-Guid panel at the left. Open the Themophysical model > Thermal options and turn on the thermal options as per your requirement.
