Using v3.26 in v4.02

I am trying to run a moving mesh problem that was set up in version 3.26 in version 4.02 but I get an error that says "can't find .ccm file" does anyone know how I can convert the .geom and .pst files into a .ccm file? Thanks

I think you can not. You have to run calculation once again in 4.02 for getting *.ccm file.

You can't convert a .geom or .pst file to .ccm. You need to start with the prostar .mdl file and write a new .ccm geometry file. You may be able to do a restart from an old .pst file (not sure).

It is also worth remembering that if you have sliding interfaces your model won't work unless you use the latest version 4.06

Why on earth would you want to work in Star 4.X??

Star 4.x is a CD-adapco ploy to get you to switch to ccm+.

Why wouldn't you want to switch to ccm+ once it is fully developed? It is much easier to use. I would be using it if it could to moving mesh stuff. I'm using 4.02 because that's what i have access to at the moment.
