mean age of air calculations

Hi,

When calculating age of air in STAR-CCM+ should I set the region source term equal to 1/fluid density to get the value of the scalar in units of time.

In the CFX forum they have suggested to let the source term equal to the density.

I want to calculate the mean age of the air by fluent, How to create the source and diffusion term and How to using UDS to achieve this task?

I am waiting your reply

thanks
