Flux calculation across a boundary

Hello all-

I'd like to calculate fluxes across any (physical, internal) boundary using a user subroutine. I suppose posdat.f will be useful for this but since I'm relatively new to Star-CD, I appreciate if someone could guide me. My main issue is in identifying the boundary I want to calculate in the subroutine. Thank you very much in advance!

you can set "internal" boundary instead of subroutine, then monitor the results what you want on this "internal" boundary.

I agree with mactonald, define an internal boundary and then monitor the flux on that boundary, via the Analysis Controls -> Output controls -> Monito Engineering Behaviour -> Monitor Boundary Behaviour

Re: Flux calculation across a boundary

Thank you very much mactonald and Andrea. I think viewing the flux value in *.erd is one possible method. But I was considering to use the flux values to do additional calculation in posdat.f. It appears that subroutine method has changed significantly in v4.06. I'll have to review the manual carefully I guess?
