Hi

I guess that you are using STAR-CD 326 and you see an error like

*** ERROR #320 *** INVALID THERMAL BOUNDARY CONDITION AT REGION 3

If so then you can turn on the option

Anaylsis Controls | Output Controls | Monitor Numeric Behaviour | Print Boundary and Body Force Information.

If you try to run the case and look in the info file now you will see the offending cell where the boundary is located.

I hope this helps.
