moving mesh commands

Hi,

I am working on the moving mesh events. After I look the tutorials 13 that is about in cylinder, I have several question.

1. in that scripts there is a command vgen ngen 50 vset what is that for? if I change 50 to 5000, what is it affect ? I don't understand that command.

2. In that script events is defined as 40. why? if I change it to higher, what is happened?
