Particle track data

I have solved a Lagrangian Multi-phase simulation. I don't understand the 'count' number displayed in the track data list. Does it have something to do with the following: when I calculate the volume of a droplet using the given diameter and using the volume for a sphere (4/3*pi*r^3), the volume is not the same compared to the volume using the given mass divided by the density of the liquid. Can someone explain this difference and the meaning of 'count'? I can't find it in the manuals. Thanks!

Re: Particle track data

Count is the number of drops of the given diameter that are needed to make up the total mass of that particular parcel. It is thus is a real number not an integer.

Count does not change along a drops track unless you have drop breakup on (and the conditions for drop breakup are met).

Ok, thanks for the information!
