Monitor in STAR-CCM+
 

Hi all! Does anyone try to monitor the sloshing wave height dependent time in STAR-CCM+. ! How to do monitor or plot by three variable(Time,Height and VOF), Please give me advises, thanks! Although appreciate Bob answer me the question last time.

The way I have done it is to do something like the following

Define a field function

($VolumeFraction>0.5)?$$Centroid[2]:-1e-12

Create a plane section or similar at the desired point in the domain.

Make a new maximum report for the plane section using the field function

Create the monitor and plot etc.
