Countercurrent heat exchanger Ansys

Hi all, I'm trying to simulate the heat exchange in a simple countercurrent heat exchanger.
It's made by two fluids (air and CO2) flowing in a concentrical tube.
Fluids are separeted by an aluminium wall.

My questions are:
1)How do I define (if it's necessary to) the contact region between the fluid and the solid part?
2)Do I have any other things in consideration for a succesful simulation?

PS: My only need is the meshing, because i will process the case in OpenFoam

I'm asking because when I generate the mesh, the software seems to not provide continuity of the grid between the regions.
Sorry but I'm new to CFD and I'm not so confident.

I will be grateful for any advice.

Regards

Enrico
