Urgent:
I am perusing my Thesis in plasma welding.
My question is I have to simulate welding in ANSYS CFD so that i can get the 2 dimension A,B of the weld (please refer this picture Bubble)
Data Available:- I have welding current , feed rate of the powder metal, composition of the powder metal,(please refer the word file material and parameter) i have did the experiment and i have the values A and B dimension of the 10 test pieces (please refer pic).
I have gone through many links and literature and it seems as though that i have to process a UDF (TIG welding heat source UDF) and i have got the link as well but i need someone to assist me what is the process. I wish to defend my thesis ASAP but in spite of processing the practical and i am stuck with the ANSY part from many months.
Please help me out i will be indebt Please , Please. If you are unable to understand please revert i will try to explain.
