Star-ccm+ classes for a begginner

Hello everyone,

I'm part of a university project here in brazil and I would like to get some classes in using star-ccm+ and CFD in general. For example, I need to simulate a wing in ground effect, but don't know how to start.

As a begginner, I don't need any experts, just would like to get some basic explanations about the software and CFD overall. Because anything that I get in the internet is too complex for me.

(I already know how to make an airfoil simulation, but don't actually understand mutch, just followed some step-by-step)
