Star-CCM+ tutorial/ video

I’m trying to do some cfd research in Star ccm+, based on one article. I almost finished pre-processing just need to define some parameters. Any kind of help will be fine ( tutorial, video or just the input parameters). It won’t require a lot of time but rather solid knowledge and experience.

what do you need in particular?
How big is your model? Did you try to launch it already? What version of Star are you using?
