Hi,
I am new to OpenFoam and I have to mesh a piston with a gap between the piston and the cylinder. Therefore, I used the movingCone base case. In the pictures the red boundaries are the moving walls of the piston (only moving i x direction). While simulating the center of the lower block will cross my boundary and as a result I get negative temperatures. I think that I have to detach the part next to the piston from the upper part, but I don't know how to do this. Can you give me some tips? Best regards |
