Help needed for structured hexahedral mesh generation in Ansys to be used in Fluent

Hi!

I would like need a help to create a structured hexahedral mesh for a simple 3D rectangle geometry. The dimension of the rectangular block is 1000 x 300 x 350 um^3. The mesh needs to be densed with in a 750x100x150 um^3 region from the top surface within the rectangle block. The element size in the densed region can be 3, 4 or 5 um. Also, beyond the densed region, the mesh can increased element size but needs to be structured. If you are interested, we can talk further in email. You can reach out to me at taosifme014@gmail.com.

Thanks

Use HexGrid for mesh generation ?

HexGrid has a demo of a box - can be extended for your use.
HexGrid is mentioned in 'News' some days ago. The mesh file is .cgns can be converted to .msh using ANSYS cfx5convert utility.

If help still needed, I can create this mesh using ICEM CFD. File will be .msh
