Implementation of P3 radiation model

I am searching for an expert in OpenFOAM that is able to develop a new radiation model for a solver I have created.
One of the most used radiation model is the P1 approximation, based on the spherical harmonics method, i am searching for someone able to expand it to a P3 approximation.
