SRghodsi is on a distinguished road
I made geometry and mesh of a cylinder in 3D domain, and then exported to the CFX. All configurations were set same as ANSYS Tutorial:CFX Re-Meshing. But, an error was raised at the beginning of solving about high skewed of elements.
I cannot understand, if CFX wants to create a new mesh, why should make an error about skewed one?

It is not an error, it is a warning. The simulation can still proceed. But bad quality meshes are best avoided and time spent improving mesh quality is worth it.
