imply different domain timescales and ccl edit

Hello! I run a CFX wind turbine simulation. In my case there is a stationary (the turbine environment) and a rotating frame (a disc around the rotor). In order to improve steady state convergence i try to edit the ccl file. The idea is to imply two different timescales, one for the rotating disc and one for the environment. According to CFX-Solver Modelling Guide, I can change the convergence control "for all equations in a specific domain". Unfortunately, the Guide isn't very clear on this part and I am a newbie with ccl, so I can not find the lines to change, to obtain two different timescales.
The ccl code block of the solver is:

FLOW: Flow Analysis 1 &replace SOLVER CONTROL:
Turbulence Numerics = High Resolution
ADVECTION SCHEME:
Option = Upwind
END
CONVERGENCE CONTROL:
Maximum Number of Iterations = 100
Minimum Number of Iterations = 1
Physical Timescale = 4 [s]
Timescale Control = Physical Timescale
END
CONVERGENCE CRITERIA:
Residual Target = 0.00001
Residual Type = RMS
END
DYNAMIC MODEL CONTROL:
Global Dynamic Model Control = Yes
END
END
END

I would be very happy to read your advices!
Thanks in advance!

This sounds unnecessary to me. Why not just use the normal timescale for the whole simulation? Far simpler and that is what everybody else does.

that's what I am gonna do and also try a few other changes :o.
Thanks for the reply!
