Hi guys. Does anyone know how to move turbogrid mesh?

The problem is next: I have blade geometry in turbogrid (hub, shroud, blade) and create a mesh. What i want is to parametrize the movement of whole mesh domain (translate it) along one of the axis in Workbench. I need this to simulate gradual axial clearance change between rotor/stator.

Is there any possibility to do this in Workbench?

TIA, Oleg.

In CFX-Pre you can do simple mesh operations - move mesh about (translate, scale, rotate), copy and delete mesh regions. This should cover what you need.

Thanks for the reply, but i've already known it. The question was: Is there any way to parametrize this translation and then use it as Workbench input parameter?

I don't think you can parameterise CFX-Pre. You can script it, that could generate the meshes for you.
