Default Heat dissipation modeling

I want to model a dehydrator with fruits in it. The fruits consume a constant amount of heat to dehydrate, in other words acts as heat sink or heat dissipator.
How can I simulate it when it is inside the fluid(air) domain. What boundary conditions would I apply on the subdomain.

You can model a heat sink ...... with a heat sink. Have a look at source terms in the documentation.

A heat sink normally, takes heat from one domain and releases it in the other i.e fluid domain.

I need it to dissipate heat or store it and DO NOT release it.
Actually it is the dehydration process of fruits, which dissipates heat in order to get dehydrated.

Can I do so?

No. That is an interface. A heat sink removes heat and it just disappears. So yes, a heat sink is what you want from what you have described.
