If some one is interested in grids for road vehicle (Ahmed's model) to run in CFX, you can download them from here

PS: Meshing is made in ICEM Hexa

Size of mesh? Y+? Symmetry or full 3D? Length of domain upstream and downstream? Resolution in wake? Slant angle?

y+ less than 2, slant angle 35 i guess, mesh size 2.6 million, Half with symmetry. Mesh is availble in ICEM format i.e. .tin and .blk so you can modify the meshing and geometry as required.
