How to get transient results

How can i get transient results that stored in .trn files ?
EX.
I want to get the massFlow at different timestep simultaneously, i wish it is listed in one .cse or excel file.

Add the timesteps in CFD-Post.
Create a transient chart.
put X axis as time, Y as what you want to evaluate (create expression for massflow)
you can then export this into excel if you wish.

evcelica, thank you for your reply, what do you mean "Add the timesteps in CFD-Post".

if you have opened the results file which contains all the transient results, then all the transient results will already be in post. You would only have to add them if they weren't there already. So you probably won't have to do this.

Hi,
Sorry for the newbi question,

I want to do the same thing (transient graph, xaxis=time, yaxis=wall heat flux on a wall)
How do you setup that?

Thanks
