saisanthoshm88 is on a distinguished road
I was mapping the results of a simulation to a definition file in the CFX solver manager.

Could some one please let me know how to check out if the mapping is successful .

Load the def file in CFD-Post and check it looks OK.

If you are doing the mapping as part of the initial conditions of a run, then get the simulation to write a results file at time step zero. This will show the initial conditions as the solver sees it, and again load that in CFD-Post.
