Error while opening cfx file in cfx pre

p, li { white-space: pre-wrap; } ERROR
The supplied secondary file name, /root/.cfx/CFX_TEMP_19606//temp.00.gtm, can not
be opened as a lock file, /root/.cfx/CFX_TEMP_19606//temp.00.gtm.lck,
exists.

If this is the result of a previous failed run then try deleting the
lock file and repeating the operation.

There was a problem copying the GTM database from

/home1/Prasanth/distortion_screen _correct mesh0.cfx

to

/root/.cfx/CFX_TEMP_19606//temp.00.gtm

plz suggest some solution!!!

do you have workbench? if you open the project in workbench it will inform you of the lock and you can delete it from there.

Hello, I am Brayan from Peru,

I have a question... I have the same error, but I delete the locked archive of the file and then When I try open cfx-pre, the error reappears.

please, suggest some solution!!

the solution is suggested above: delete the *.lck files. Either manually or via workbench.
First you could restart your computer to make sure that CFX is not running in the background

Can you try to copy the cfx file, move it to another folder, then try opening it from there?
