I want to model spreading of cryogenic on water. The cryogenic evaporates immediately when it is out of it storage conditions. The spreading is usually described by the shallow water equations . I would like to know if the turbulence due to vaporisation , heat transfer from water to cryogenic & spreading velocity can be captured in one simulation.
