solver stop problem in Lagrangian Particle Tracking

Dear All,
I am using CFX 12 to model multiphase flow. My problem is when I used Eulerian-Eulerian multiphase model solver runs well but when used Lagrangian Particle Tracking it stopped with following error.

Host computer: AMD2

This run of the ANSYS CFX Solver has finished.

I wonder that why this happens only I used Lagrangian Particle Tracking.

Please help me. I am going crazy with this.:(

Particle tracking requires a multiphase license option or a Full capabilities license option. If you only have the basic CFX license you will not have this, so cannot do any multiphase modelling.

Dear Glenn, thanks for the reply.

If I can do Eulerian-Eulerian multiphase model, then the license is Full capable. Isn't it?

When I used Air= Continuous Phase; Dust=Dispersed Phase. Then it worked.
When I changed Dust=Particle transport solid it stopped due to above error.

There is no error or mistake that I can find.

It might be the particle tracking uses a separate license. I do not know the details of CFX licensing (and they change it every release anyway), so you would have to contatc CFX support.
