your ccl looks normal. ghorrocs (http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/cfx...tml#post390275) answered your questions (for both error 1 and 255), why you don't try his solution and come back to let us know if it helped?

In your CCL:

FLUID DEFINITION: air
Material = Air at 25 C
Option = Material Library
MORPHOLOGY:
Option = Continuous Fluid
END
END
FLUID DEFINITION: water
Material = Air at 25 C
Option = Material Library
MORPHOLOGY:
Option = Continuous Fluid
END
END

Check your definition of "water". It seems that what you have called water is actually air. Could be some inconsistency in your expressions because of this.
