CFX Error code 1

i trying so solve the flow throught a pipe , but solver exited with error code 1 , please help me

2 phases flow water & air

my CCL is :Attachment 16658

when i want use solver, solverrun and in iteration 200 solver exited because erroor code 1 is occured

ghorrocs (http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/cfx...tml#post390275) answered your questions (for both error 1 and 255), why you don't try his solution and come back to let us know if it helped?

FLUID DEFINITION: air
Material = Air at 25 C
Option = Material Library
MORPHOLOGY:
Option = Continuous Fluid
END
END

Material = Air at 25 C
Option = Material Library
MORPHOLOGY:
Option = Continuous Fluid
END
END

"water" is actually air. Probably inconsistent with your expressions.
