That's too bad. One more suggestion. Try running on just one processor to avoid the partitioning step and see what happens.

i can run the cfx solver manger and i can get the result ( the pressure rise)
but i cannot load a fan report template provided by ansys in cfx post. so i do not have the total efficiency of the fan and other thing of the fan

Okay so it seems to be an issue with running in parallel. Must be a setup problem.

Make sure you have initialized the Turbo stuff in CFD-Post correctly. Sometimes the automatic initialization doesn't pick things up properly. Check the Axial Turbine tutorial if you need help setting up CFD-Post for Turbo.

i change the turbo set up only to the rotating component (R1) manually already. But i still get a error when loading fan report : something like number contour of Ptr at Meridional Surface = -1. must be a interger

I want to know what u mean exactly by saying "coincide"?
"pitch ratio" means the (arc) ratio between 2 surfaces of rotating part and stationary part(2 surfaces that you define as 1-outlet of the jet and 2-the inlet of the impeller)
or in other way, if this two surfaces (outlet of the jet and the inlet of the impeller) are geometrically the same, the pitch ratio should be zero as the warning message you mentioned
when you use periodic surface (instead of complete model) in your modeling such as axial compressor or turbine, and the number of blades in rotor and stator are not the same, you can model for example 30 degree of stator and 35 degree of rotor and then you have a pitch ratio of 30/35 or 35/30(depends on which part is the first part that fluid proceeds)
so I think these 2 surfaces are not exactly the same and you should use the exact ratio of these 2 surfaces as your pitch ratio

hi samane,

i simplify the jet/nozzle so that the outlet of it exactly same with the inlet of the impeller but in reality they are not same.

i ran the simulation but the total pressure in stn frame of the both interfaces are not the same.

how can i make they same?

p.s I already used the same face sizing and the same inflation
