Does anyone know what does the error below refer to ?
I obtained this error when I have added an initial file to start the simulation with Cavitation on. If I don't do this, I don't have the error ... Parallel run: Received message from slave ----------------------------------------- Slave partition : 2 Slave routine : ErrAction Master location : Message Handler Message label : 001100279 Message follows below - : +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | | Message: | | Stopped in routine ReadLong | | | | | | | | | | | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine MESG_RETRIEVE. | | Message: | | Stopping the run due to error(s) reported above | | | | | | | | | | | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ |

Can you post your .out file please.
Cavitation (and phase change) is notoriously difficult to get right. I would do this: 1. make sure you're using a sensible initial solution 2. double check all your cavitation physics 3. double check your mesh 4. double check your time step 5. begin your cavitation simulation as a homogeneous multiphase simulation, only switching to inhomogeneous at a later stage 6. start the simulation off using relaxed numerics (upwind) |
