Best way for you to learn: start a recording session, make your line, stop your recording session and look at what CFX did.

What are you trying to do? You can create a source point in pre.

Yes, for a specific point, putting a source point is helping. Thanks. How about putting a plane in CFX Pre? Is there a way to put a plane in CFX Pre?

Not that I can think of. What are you trying to do? If you need a source in a plane, you probably can create a source in subdomain with mathmatical limits via CEL. If you are doing something else, you might have to build it into geometry.
