hi
I know it's a beginner question but I don't know a lot about cfx, then sorry for bothering you with such question!and appreciat any answer!
I don't know how I can write a ccl for exporting data?I mean I want to have pressure, mach number, etc versus geometry(x,y,z) but when I usede the same command as the help it has some erorrs in giving parametes

CCL cannot export data.

If you want to export at a point put in a monitor point and export it from the solver manager. If you want to export regions then do it in CFD-Post.

hi dear ghorrock
your answer was so helpful, really appreciate your help. I have one more question that might be easy for you but not for me. I want to change a simple geometry (for example a diverging duct) and solve the updated geometry by cfx again and again to get the especial result(for example I want the pressure in whole region greater than 2mpa) and I don't know how to do it.
I have another question too,I can't record the process of meshing( default cfx meshing) and it says due to a batch operation,I don't know why.it's might the cause of this fact that I couldn't select mesh steps. I just know that I don't know!:-)).thank again for your time
regards

sorry I have another primary question too!I want to know session files are just usable in setup and solver?or session files can be written in mesh or solver or geometry?

* Using simulation results to adapt geometry - this is done using the optimisation stuff in workbench.
* Batch operation of CFX mesh - this cannot be batched. But it is parameterised inside workbench so you can run long lists of simulations or optimisation or lots of other stuff inside workbench.
* Session files are used in CFX-Pre and CFD-Post. The solver uses CCL and command line options. But again, all this can be automated in Workbench.

So I think the answer to your question is to use Workbench to run the optimisation/batching stuff. Have a look at the Wrkbench optimsation.
