In CFX ,I want to calculate the fluid mass flow rate at the exit interface(Outlet). I set up the expression "Water.massflow@Outlet" in Monitor. Will this achieve my goal? In addition, what can I do the same thing in CFX Post?

Gert-Jan will become famous soon enough
You don't need to create special monitors for this in Pre.
In the solver manager this information is already available. You just need to make it visible by creating a new monitor plot and then select FLOW>BOUNDARY>Outlet.

Yes you can monitor it like you have vrote. And monitors are most usefull for knowing if your solution is realy converged enough.

In post you can aither evaluate this expresion which you have already created in pre and will be available in post also.

Or you can use the function calculator which is wery convinient for calculating other stuf in post asveal.
