moving solid plate which a hot air jet from a stationary nozzle

hello friends
i am to simulate a moving solid plate which a hot air jet from a stationary nozzle is blowing on it . i have used solid motion and even domain motion but plate dose not show any movement. i can not use immersed solid domain because i need to thermally study the plate while it is moving.

please help me
