Turbomachinery axis

Hello,

I've been trying to start some computations on a stator/rotor system. I've set up the system using the turbomachinery mode on CFX. However, I have been having the 'overflow' problem which is so common.
I believe the meshes are OK, and decreasing the timestep down to 0.1/ω didn't really help.

There is one issue which I think may be the problem: I haven't placed the models correctly regarding the axis of rotation. When I import the mesh into CFX in turbomachinery mode, does it recognize the axis of rotation automatically or the fact that it wasn't modeled as such create a problem?

If so, is there a way to to fix this without me having to redo all the mesh again (ie select the faces to determine he axis of rotation)?

Thank you very much for the reply.
