hello
i want calculate the mixing index of an active micro mixer with oscillating stirrer.
i simulate this but for validat of my problem I need to calculat these
D={(1/N)Σ[(Ci-Cmean)/Cmean]^2}^0.5
In this equation, N is the number of discretized points on the cross
line for the channel, Cmean is the mean concentration at the inlet, and
Ci is the local concentration at each cross section.
please help me in details

Sounds like a reasonably simple post processing operation. Set up your cross sections as planes or whatever they are, then write a CEL expression like (1/N)*[(massFlowAve(c)@Section 1-Cmean)/Cmean + (massFlowAve(c)@Section 2 -Cmean)/Cmean + .... + (massFlowAve(c)@Section N-Cmean)/Cmean].. etc....

The AreaAve function is better than Ave as it is the area weighted average.
