Two initialisation files for simulation

2 Attachment(s)
Dear Friends,

I am currently doing Large Eddy simulations about thermal mixing of fluids in a T junction piping system. I am interested in giving two different initialisation files to the hot and cold pipes separately. I do not know how to do it (I have given the result file of a previous simulation as an input to another simulation, but this type of giving two separate input files for the two pipe inlets is new for me). Also, is it possible to give an experimental data at the two inlets as an input for my simulation? I have uploaded the pictures for your reference. Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Regards,
Karthick

What type of experimental conditions do you wish to apply at the inlets? A pressure or flowrate everywhere? Or a velocity field with turbulent variations in it?

I haev never tried interpolating two results onto a single result. I am not sure it is going to work. You might need fortran to do this, but try the simple approaches first.
