I am simulating multifase flow in channel
I can not understand what is interface len. scale

This is described in the documentation - have you read it?

The multiphase flow is assumed to be droplets or bubbles. Either way they are charaterised by a diameter, or at least a representative diameter. This is the interface length scale.

I am mixing to fluid with water properties symmetrically
can i use below formula?

maybe r=0.5
