I want to mimic swirling flow in the injector. Anybody has any idea how to do it?

Have a look at the CFX tutorials. Of course there is not a tutorial about your exact flow, but there are examples of all the CFX models so once you have sorted out which model you wish to apply you know how to set it up.

The safest way is to just do all the tutorials.
