Heat transfer in Porous domain
 

How do we define solid particle in porous domain. There is option for fluid list, porosity and resistance setting but nothing for solid material proprieties. Then how does it takes effective conductivity into account while solving for heat transfer in porous domain. Cant really find how CFX solves for heat transfer in porous domain in help menu. Will appreciate any quick reply in this regard.

Which version of CFX are you using? I think CFX only introduced coupled heat transfer in porous domains in V14 (not sure, but I think that is right).
