Can I say this simulation reached convergence?
RMS(velocity) doesn't go down 10^-6, RMS(mass) reached 10^8 and some values I have monitored are completely stables.

Read the FAQ. Also, except from residuals also check:
- Imbalances
- Monitor points of key variables in your domain such as temperature or velocity
