Heat Transfer Alaysis

3 Attachment(s)
Dear Friends,
I am working on heat transfer analysis of an heat exchanger.
I tried it for the first time and am not sure of the result which I obtained. Needed some guidance from u friends. I don't know what went wrong while deriving conditions.

Details:
* FinTube Heat Exchanger (without fins)
* Fluid is Oil in pipe, inlet temperature is 215 F
* Gas flows over the pipe from bottom to top whose inlet temperature is 922.5 F
*In my result I don't find any variation in temperature at both the outlets.

Note : I have attached the image files of my problem

Thanks in Advance

What sort of variation are you expecting to see? Your images seem to show all fluids equalising out at about 767K - is there something wrong with this?

Thank You For the concern Sir,
I need to find the temperature variation at the outlet of the pipe,In my result the temperature is same as gas temperature, is that right? I feel it dont

This can happen depending on the heat exchanger operating point. I say again - what do you expect to happen? Are you trying to match experimental results?
